Childhood Education Innovations is a magazine-format publication that shares innovative ideas and practices for improving the education of children globally. Childhood Education Innovations is a bimonthly publication of Childhood Education International (CE International). The magazine is published for a global audience of educators and advocates working to create positive, sustainable futures for children and youth, with particular focus on improving education access and quality for marginalized populations. Practitioners in schools, nongovernmental organizations, and community-based organizations; education academics interested in innovative ideas and practices; and global education advocates in foundations, government agencies, and businesses will find great value in the pages of Childhood Education Innovations. Our sister journal, Journal of Research in Childhood Education, offers peer-reviewed, empirical research of interest to education leaders, policymakers, and academics. Childhood Education Innovations shares engaging, accessible articles that describe cross-disciplinary and cross-sector solutions to specific education challenges and explores cutting-edge thinking regarding: teaching and learning school design technology in the classroom education leadership curriculum approaches assessment tools resources for educators education financing professional development innovation accelerators innovation incubators partnerships creativity education-related sustainable development goals Childhood Education Innovations accepts articles written in a conversational, descriptive manner (with sparing use of citations) that expand our understanding of innovation in education, showcase practical applications of education innovations, and share education innovation news.
