Focus and Scope Chi`e: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang (E-ISSN: 2685-6662, P-ISSN:2252-6250) is an invaluable peer-reviewed regional journal covering the latest research and fresh ideas around ASIA about the Japanese language education, Japanese linguistic, Japanese Literature and culture, which have never been published before. The editors warmly welcome articles and research reports addressing Japanese Language Education and Japanese Linguistics and Japanese Literature and Culture areas, including: Japanese Language Education Second Language Acquisition Japanese Literature Japanese Culture Discourse analysis of Japanese Language Japanese Pragmatic Japanese Language Teaching Japanese Language policy and curriculum Japanese Teaching methodology Intercultural Communication Peer review process All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2(two) reviewers who will either be members of the editorial board or others of similar standing in the field. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process. The language used in the journal is English or Indonesia. The paper submitted in the journal must be original, unpublished work, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Every paper submitted will be scanned for plagiarism before it is sent to the reviewer. Editors check the plagiarism detection of manuscripts in this journal by using a Turnitin software. The authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to CHIE: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang and Department of Japanese Language Education Semarang State University as the publisher of the journal. Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
