CAUCHY: Jurnal Matematika Murni dan Aplikasi publishes manuscripts that demonstrate clear mathematical novelty and methodological rigor in both pure and applied mathematics. The journal prioritizes contributions that present new mathematical results, develop or analyze mathematical models with sound theoretical justification, or propose computational and algorithmic methods supported by rigorous mathematical analysis, such as correctness, convergence, stability, complexity, or reproducibility. All submitted manuscripts must explicitly identify the research gap addressed by the study and clearly state the novelty and scientific contribution of the work. The research gap must be supported by relevant scholarly literature and should explain why the study is necessary. The novelty and scientific contribution must demonstrate how the manuscript advances existing mathematical knowledge, methods, models, algorithms, or applications beyond the current state of the art. Manuscripts that do not clearly present a research gap, novelty, and scientific contribution may be considered unsuitable for review or may be desk-rejected. The scope of the journal is grouped into the following four main areas: Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Structures Covering analysis, functional analysis, applied analysis, algebra, number theory, geometry, and topology.Discrete and Computational Mathematics Covering discrete mathematics, graph theory, computational mathematics, scientific computing, and numerical methods.Applied Mathematics, Modeling, Optimization, and Control Covering optimization, operations research, dynamical systems, control theory, and mathematical modeling with rigorous formulation and validation.Statistics, Uncertainty, and Intelligent Systems Covering probability, mathematical statistics, fuzzy systems, uncertainty modeling, machine learning, neural networks, actuarial mathematics, and financial mathematics, particularly when supported by clear mathematical, statistical, or methodological contributions. Out of Scope CAUCHY maintains a strong mathematical emphasis. Manuscripts will be considered out of scope and may be desk-rejected if they primarily fall into one or more of the following categories: Manuscripts that do not explicitly state the research gap, novelty, and scientific contribution of the study.Application-only case studies or implementations that do not present a clear mathematical model, theoretical analysis, or mathematically justified methodology.Mac
