Biopharmaceutics & Drug Disposition publishes original review articles, short communications, and reports in biopharmaceutics, drug disposition, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, especially those that have a direct relation to the drug discovery/development and the therapeutic use of drugs.These include:• animal and human pharmacological studies that focus on therapeutic response, pharmacodynamics, and toxicity related to plasma and tissue concentrations of drugs and their metabolites• in vitro and in vivo drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, transport, and excretion studies that facilitate investigations related to the use of drugs in human• studies on membrane transport and enzymes, including their regulation and the impact of pharmacogenomics on drug absorption and disposition• simulation and modeling in drug discovery and development• theoretical treatisesBiopharmaceutics & Drug Disposition刊发有关生物药剂学、药物处置、药代动力学和药效学的原创性研究、综述与简报，尤其是与药物研发和药物治疗相关的文章。感兴趣的主题包括：动物和人体药理学研究，侧重于与药物及其代谢物的血浆和组织浓度相关的治疗反应、药效学和毒性；体外和体内药物吸收、分布、代谢、转运和排泄研究，促进与人类药物使用相关的研究；关于膜转运和酶的研究，包括其调控以及药物基因组学对药物吸收和处置的影响；药物发现和开发中的模拟和建模等。
