研究范围与定位
AJSTD aims to promote and accelerate the discovery and ASEAN-wide application of scientific and technological innovations, the consequence of which should be greater prosperity for the people of Southeast Asia. We cover a wide range of technology-related fields, including biotechnology, non-conventional energy research, materials science and technology, marine sciences, atmospheric and earth sciences, food science and technology, microelectronics and information technology, space applications, science and technology policy, and infrastructure and resources development, within the specific context of ASEAN. Submitted articles must contribute to technological and economic development in Southeast Asia, or offer tangible solutions to the pressing issues faced by the region. Particular problems of interest include access to science and the adoption of new technologies, the equitable cross-border distribution of technological innovations, technology transfer and commercialization within the ASEAN region, the development and implementation of green technology, stability and technological sustainability, regional internet infrastructure and the digital economy, and transparency and economic growth through digital innovation. AJSTD is published by Universiti Brunei Darussalam in cooperation with ASEAN Committee on Science and Technology (COST). Topics AJSTD is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary Journal encompassing a range of topics across various categories, including Data Science, Energy, Engineering, Health Sciences, Material Science, and Natural & Life Sciences. The journal covers specific topics including, but not limited to: Biotechnology Non-Conventional Energy Research Sustainable and Clean Energy Materials Science and Technology Marine Sciences and Economic Development Atmospheric and Earth Sciences Food Science and Technology Microelectronics and Information Technology Space Applications and Technology Policy Technology Transfer and Commercialization Green Technology Regional Internet Infrastructure and the Digital Economy Transparency and Economic Growth through Digital Innovation However, the focus of the Journal is on the economic and social development of the ASEAN community. Types of Articles: The journal welcomes submissions of papers covering Original Studies, Editorials, Reviews, Rapid Communications, Letters to the Editor, Commentaries, and Annual Meeting Abstracts.
