The Annales publish original research papers on Insecta [Hexapoda], Arachnida and Myriapoda, covering various fields: biology, comparative anatomy, phylogeny, ecology, plant-insects' interactions, systematics, faunistic and zoogeography, population genetics, ethology. The manuscripts are written preferably in English, or in French. Regarding taxonomy, the journal avoids publishing isolated descriptions and prefers works including ecological, biogeographical or phylogenetic aspects, or complete revisions. Articles with many pages are welcome. Book reviews are also accepted or requested. The Annales are published six times a year, amounting to about 580 pages. Les Annales publient des travaux de recherche originaux sur les Insectes [Hexapoda], les Arachnides et les Myriapodes, couvrant des domaines variés : biologie, anatomie comparée, phylogénie, écologie, relations plantes-insectes, systématique, faunistique et zoogéographie, génétique des populations, éthologie. Les manuscrits sont rédigés de préférence en anglais, ou en français. En ce qui concerne la taxonomie, la revue évite de publier des descriptions isolées et donne sa préférence à des travaux qui incluent des aspects écologiques, biogéographiques ou phylogénétiques, ou à des révisions complètes. Les articles volumineux, avec un nombre significatif de pages, sont les bienvenus. Des analyses d'ouvrages sont également acceptées ou sollicitées. Les Annales publient six numéros par an, représentant un total d'environ 580 pages.
