Registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, APICARE increased its publication frequency to six issues annually, now published bimonthly from February to December. Research Areas and Specialties APICARE welcomes research and scholarly articles in the following areas: Anesthesiology: Advances in anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, regional anesthesia, general anesthesia, and perioperative care. Pain Management: Innovative approaches to managing acute and chronic pain, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, as well as advancements in pain assessment tools. Intensive Care: Developments in critical care medicine, intensive monitoring, life support systems, and the management of critically ill patients. Resuscitation: Research on emergency care, cardiac arrest, trauma management, and innovations in resuscitation techniques and technologies. The journal also encourages submissions on related topics, such as anesthetic complications, patient safety, postoperative care, and the integration of new technologies in these specialties.
