AKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics is devoted to the publication of original research papers in Combinatorial Mathematics and related areas. The fields covered by the journal include: Graphs and hypergraphs Network theory Combinatorial optimization Coding theory Block designs Combinatorial geometry Matroid theory Logic Computing Neural networks and any related topics Contributions presented to the journal can be Full-length articles, Review articles, Short communications, or derived from a conference (with the research being appropriately extended). The journal also publishes proceedings of conferences. These proceedings are fully refereed and must adhere to the high peer standards of the journal. The journal actively encourages the submission of special issues in cutting-edge areas within the scope, and these should be discussed with the Editor-in-Chief. Open Access AKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics is an Open Access Journal. All articles published in the Journal will be permanently open to access online immediately upon publication, enabling anyone to read, download and share that research. Peer-Review Policy All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and if found suitable for further consideration, will be peer-reviewed by independent and anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double-anonymized and submission is online via ScholarOne Manuscripts. Publishing Ethics The Journal adheres to the highest standards of publishing ethics, with rigorous processes in place to ensure this is achieved.
