研究范围与定位
AI Perspectives & Advances (AIPA) publishes high‑quality research that advances the foundational, theoretical, and practical understanding of general machine intelligence. The journal provides a forum for work that addresses the core scientific, methodological, and societal challenges shaping the future of AI. Topics of interest include: Next-paradigm AI agents and technologies Unified theories of intelligence and general machine intelligence Cutting-edge experimental AI applications, from industry to the humanities to the lab Human-level AI, reasoning, understanding, explanation, and autonomous language learning Methods and approaches for advancing and broadening scientific understanding of intelligence Cumulative learning, autonomous causal modeling, argumentation-driven reasoning, and related methods AIPA welcomes contributions that explore new approaches or developing methods that overcome the limitations of traditional AI paradigms. We particularly encourage research that integrates multiple cognitive processes—such as cumulative learning, cause-effect relations, automatic explanation generation, and empirical (“real-world”) reasoning —toward the long‑term goal of creating coherent, generalizable, and scientifically explainable AI systems. In addition to theoretical developments, the journal prioritizes practical research on the application of effective AI technologies that have meaningful real‑world impact. We aim to publish material from representatives of all industrial, societal, and governmental operations where forward-looking prototypes have been tested.
