Advances in Food Science, Sustainable Agriculture, and Agroindustrial Engineering (AFSSAAE) publishes leading empirical research in food science, agricultural engineering, and agroindustry. With a strategic focus on Indonesia as a pivotal tropical research landscape, the journal champions context driven solutions for sustainable agri food systems, green technology, and circular bioeconomy. We prioritize studies rooted in Indonesian realities, offering insights for similar tropical and archipelagic regions worldwide. The journal also welcomes high impact research from other regions, provided it presents clear relevance, comparative value, or transferable methodologies to these settings. Scope includes: Food Engineering and Safety, Agricultural Systems, Agroindustrial Engineering, Sustainable and Smart Agroindustry, Bioprocess Technology, Waste to Resource Innovation, and related interdisciplinary fields.
