The journal has a multidisciplinary character since it includes articles related to the different scientific disciplines that are taught in the field of the subject of study in the Faculty of Social and Labour Sciences of the University of Zaragoza (Spain): Labour Relations, Labour Market, Labour Law, Business Accounting, Social Work, Social Services, Social Policy, Social Economics, Welfare State, etc. Its current focus is on disseminating original and innovative research in the social field at national and international levels.
